Students who complete our UR Guarantee Program are guaranteed a successful career launch within six months of graduation, or else we’ll waive a year’s additional undergraduate tuition!

How do we do it? Our UR Guarantee Advisors support students with their academic plans, career goals, and personal development. We offer work experience in virtually all of our undergraduate programs, meaning students spend time in the classroom and learning hands-on. Average class sizes of fewer than 40 students mean students connect one-on-one with professors and get to really focus on learning.
